“This was very good. We got one roll for 2 people for our dinner and one order of gravy. We bought extra cranberry at the store and were glad we did, as there wasn't much of that flavor in the roll. I was afraid we'd have a lot left, but we only had one lunch portion as a leftover. We did have 1/2 the gravy left, so it would be nice if that came in a smaller portion. Good enough that we'll be doing the same for Xmas this year.”
“The meat was tender and moist, and the filling was savory and sweet. My end product wasn't quite as pretty as the picture, but it tasted great! The two of us made two meals of it, and I froze the third portion for another meal.
One caveat-it takes a bit longer to cook than indicated on the box. I cooked it with a thermometer inserted to be sure of reaching the right temp. Perhaps let it reach room temp before cooking.”
