“After years of going the full nine yards for Thanksgiving at our house, because of the pandemic and fewer family members in attendance, we scaled back and ordered this roast for the first time. We couldn't have been happier. It came out moist, and the flavor and texture were excellent. Those who came to dinner said it was the best Thanksgiving turkey they can remember. Even from the thawed state, we found it took longer to cook than indicated, but this could have been because of a relative's temperamental oven. Just keep an eye on it with a meat thermometer.
