“I was expecting a salt block in the shape of a stuffed turkey roast. I had previously ordered their lobster risotto and lobster mac 'n cheese, both of which were HUGE disappointments--overpriced and mostly salt. Sadly, I ordered two of each, and was only able to take a couple of bites before throwing the risotto and mac 'n cheese away, along with the other two of each in the freezer.
However, the stuffed turkey roast was pretty good. I thawed to room temp, and put a splash of water, a splash of dry white wine, and a splash of walnut oil in the baking dish before placing the roast on top and covering with tin foil. Still, it's overly expensive so I may or may not buy again.”
