“I don't have a big appetite, but I think this "single lasagna" is still plenty big enough for 2 to share. I used to love cooking, but I'm not able to do much in the kitchen anymore, so meals like this are greatly appreciated. Very tasty, served with a side salad and a couple of meatballs, if desired.
