“WOW - such a pleasant surprise! Now these ribs were done just the way they are supposed to be and the way that we've been hunting for them to be. So many we've tried are tough, not fall-off the bone tender and/or dry, not moist with a tangy sauce. BTW, we thought the amount of sauce was just right. Good job! Hubby & I feasted on these for 2 nights with side dishes of: Boston Baked Beans, cucumber salad and homemade fries. Indeed, a yummy combo!”
