“The pastry is a little dense, filling a little light, so although these were very good and did get eaten as fast as they came out of the oven, these need to be treated carefully in order to make sure they are fully cooked before serving. I had a large party, these were complementry in flavor to the rest of the side dishes, but they were hard to coordinate for my support team (ie my daughters) to get right since the en crouts were a bit soggy before serving. I would buy these again, but not for a large party so I could concentrate on making sure they get the proper oven time needed.”
