“This was the most flavorful dessert ever. The tastes are beautifully balanced between sweet and tart, and the pastry is a work of art.
That said, prep info was too uninformative: The fact that the pie was baked on an aluminum pie plate was disguised, and that was critical to trying to serve portions -- which needed to be spooned out, not sliced into wedges. That was a frustrating mess.”
