“Question. When defrost do you remove plastic wrap before. The pie dough seemed to not firmmm up was wet is hat because I didn't take plastic wrap off?”
Thank you for your feedback, as it helps us improve our process. It is best practice to remove the plastic wrap around the box, however, the brown paper bag around the pie is designed to be used while cooking.

would follow. So although I did not get to enjoy it (I live in Indiana, she in
CA) it recieved rave reviews. Even her spouse, who is in the restuarant business,
said it was the best apple pie ever.”
“MacKenzie's apple pie is the best apple pie ever created. The crust is unbelievable! My personal opinion though is to get the plain apple pie without the caramel. The caramel was just too sticky, and a little overwhelming - and I love caramel! A little advice - the pie is baked in a weird paper bag that will stick to the pie if you don't pull it away from the sides before and after you bake it. Have MacKenzie's apple pie before you die - definitely a bucket list item if there ever was one.”
