“We were unpleased with this particular selection. The feta cheese appetizers were great. We cooked them the amount of time as printed on the label. I had to call about the Beef Wellington. Was told to cook 35 min with an internal temp of 130 degrees. Well our digital thermometer must not be working because we had to cook way longer than 35 minutes. So the beef was overcooked. Not sure if 35 minutes is enough time, but we over did it.”

When we received the order the portions looked extremely small and were originally surprised. Don't be surprised - all plumped up on heating and the portion size was more than filling. We would order this again for a special occasion.”
