“These crab cakes really are made with lump crab and are as good as restauants. I will say I've never heard of putting mayo on them before cooking. I spray with a little olive oil and then cover liberally with Old Bay Seasoning, (we really like it, so use a lot of Old Bay). This works for us and is one of our favorite meals.”
