“This is one of the best things MacKenzie makes. Freeze it and it still comes out perfectly after cooking. It is elegant, visually pleasing and incredibly delicious! Pastry crust is flaky, spinach/parmesan filling is just lovely and the salmon is tender and superior. I keep these in my freezer at all times!”
