“My mother in law is a Salmon Lover. How I heard of Mackenzie was her Christmas gift last year of Lamb pops which were absolutely delicious!!!! This past Christmas I sent her the salmon Wellington. So she prepared them as instructed with her very good friend and they celebrated Christmas together with the salmon Wellington‘s. She reported them to be delicious outstanding and everything she could ever hope for in a salmon dish. It is clear to me McKenzie‘s is very consistent on quality. They are also consistently concerned about your questions or concerns or misgivings or disappointments as well. This is important to them and that’s obvious I would absolutely order in the future, as a matter of fact, I’m considering ordering the beef Wellington for next Christmas or for Easter or have not decided at this point but at this time, I rate them a five because two dishes have come and they have been excellent. Nothing below five stars so I cannot wait to cook the next thing even though they pre-make it it was just stunningly delicious I will definitely order from them Again”
