“I cooked exactly as they said to cook. The salmon was raw inside. Totally inedible. I have a new Wolf stove so that was not the cooking issue. I had to fry the fish in a pan to cook it. The crust on the bottom was soggy and fishy tasting. This really deserves a minus 5 score and so flipping expensive. Do not buy this, you’ll be throwing your money away”
