“This was a gift from me to my brother’s family. I wasn’t able to taste it myself as I live across the country. But the feedback was that the dish was packed with lobster and was very rich. They were only so-so about whether they liked it. To me, this sounds like a fantastic dish. When is being packed with lobster a bad thing? To them, it apparently was too much over the top. So I guess I would offer the following: if you really love lobster, you will really love this. I think I would really love it.”
