“I just love this lobster Mac n cheese dish. It's a perfect portion size for 2 with a bit leftover for the next day. The dish is creamy with lots of lobster chunks and absolutely delicious. My only suggestion is to take it out of the freezer at least two full days before baking to ensure it is completely defrosted. YUM!”
