“The asparagus was a little tough. Nice presentation though. And it's no reflection on the product itself because asparagus can be tough even if made at home. Just a suggestion but eliminate the spears essentially and go with tips only. Maybe try making cream of asparagus soup with the inedible spears. Just straini them
