The bacon was cooked just right and the scallops were tender. We melted some garlic butter to dip them in and oh yummy! We have a variety of family members with health issues and for different reasons have to be on different meal plans BUT everyone in the family could enjoy these. They were a special treat for everybody! I love the idea of having them on hand in the freezer for those guests that pop in. They are easy to bake in the oven ...so very convenient!
