“Excellent flavor and texture. It is WAY too expensive to order except for special occasions. I made bread pudding with half of it and it was delicious. I used a flan recipe and added cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins.”
“The Brioche French toast is outstanding. Putting on the griddle till they turn a light brown then crisping on light setting in the toaster makes for a delicious breakfast. Served with a sprinkle of powdered sugar, fresh fruit and syrup is a winner.”
