I was able to upwrap and bake and then did into it, right out of the pie tin/paper - with fingers/sppon/fork - whatever I had nearby. YUM YUM! Taste and texture was perfect - all that I was dreaming about. I love S/R pie done right and it isn't that readily availble at the "market." So this hit the spot, for sure - and, yes, the scale as well! Thank you.”
