“I purchased this tart for my daughter's birthday. We had enjoyed seeing them made on The Great British Baking Show and I thought it would be a fun treat. The tart did not disappoint. The almond sponge is flavorful and light while the shortbread crust has a nice crunch to it. The raspberry jam is just the right final touch.”
