“You certainly smell the "briny deep" when unboxing.It disappears while baking.
I increased the temp and time for the uncovered baking portion to 375 and 35 min.
I was worried the oysters would become tough or gummy when doing this change but they had the bite and chewed as a normal piece of meat.I also added a few pieces of unsalted irish butter for added richness.Warning, oysters make this dish on the salty side.”
