“I have made the Bûche de Noël before and never used a chocolate but a simple sponge cake. To me there was too much chocolate ! However, the presentation was beautiful !!!”
“The first one arrived destroyed. the replacement arrived on Christmas eve in not much better condition. the entire cake should be covered in plastic wrap not just the a couple small pieces layed on top. Use a plastic bag so the entire cake is not covered and not exposed to the packing box. there were broken pieces everywhere, the cake was dry and flavorless, and no pretty at all, i could not serve it to guests.”
