“Although the taste was ok, I was disappointed that the fillet was so thin. I felt that the serving was more like a first course or appetizer (7oz FROZEN!). My biggest objection however was that all the 4 pieces were in a box that was too small and therefor bent, plus cut the fillets in half!! Not an appealing look/presentation. Didn't think fillets would withstand pan-frying, so I baked them.”

“I have just recently been introduced to this mediterainan fish. I was very pleased with your approach. The fish defrosted well and the Old Bay Butter gave a great boost.”

“This fish is delicious. I bake it in a little bit of olive oil. It does have to be defrosted ahead of time. It is expensive, but the pieces are large—one piece is enough for my husband and myself, with sides.”
“Because the butter is so much for the fish, I heat up frozen peas to go with the fillets and pour it over the fish as well as my veggies for an absolutely tasty flavor profile.”
“This is a great fish dish. Easy to prepare, great flavor. One of the fish fillets is enough for my husband and myself. Those with bigger appetites would probably want one fillet per serving. This is an expensive dish, but it is worth it!”
“We just had this last night. It was delicious! The servings are large—my husband and I split one and it was just the right amount for us. I defrosted it for 24 hours in the refrigerator, then baked it in a baking pan with a small amount of olive oil in the bottom of the pan. It turned out perfect! Expensive, but worth the money, for me.”
