“These biscuits are quite tasty; however, I forgot that I live at 7000+ feet and did not elevate the suggested oven temperature or baking time. They were a bit gummy in the middle; however, toasting the leftovers for breakfast took care of this. I would suggest adding instructions for preparation at higher elevations. I will adjust accordingly for my next batch.”
