“The description on the website says, "This iconic gourmet entrée features a tender, beef filet mignon". That is not what I got. The beef was more like a chuck roast. This was not only my opinion, but that of my two guests as well. It was okay, but I was disappointed that I did not get what I expected, nor what I paid for.”
“Individually they were good BUT each of the 4 filets were a differnet thickness so they each cooked to a different doneness...from very rare to well done. It never occurred to me that I had to temperature check each throughout the cooking process.”
