“The beef Wellington crust was all cracked. It didn't work because the crust was falling off as it was cooking. We were embarrassed in front of our guests.”
“We prepared 2 out of our 4 Beef Wellington’s this past Saturday being sure to follow the instructions precisely as they cost $25 each. Unfortunately, the product did not live up to our expectations. One of the Beef Wellington’s consisted of sliced sections (3 in total) of beef inside the crust. This construction produced an undesirable consistency as each section was cooked to a different temperature (shooting for Medium). The other Wellington was much better as it’s center was a single piece of beef. For the price of these, I expected more than the leftover scraps wrapped up in a pretty package. Very disappointed.”

“I loved this Beef Wellington when I first ordered it for Christmas. It was perfect in every way. But the pastry part of it the last time I ordered was dry even before I baked it. What a disappointment. It most likely was sabotaged by the Chaos Agents who wish to block my consumption of eating any bread or pastries because they are trying to force me to lose weight.”
