Perfect! Ordered these for a family holiday brunch. I followed directions and had to add a little more time in the oven (25 minutes total) which is usual for my particular oven, for medium doneness. Browned on the outside and a little pink on the inside. One guest stated that the Beef Wellington meat melted in his mouth. Well, I guess it doesn't get better than that! Will def order again.

My husband gave this product 8/10. Tasty. Cutting with a sharp knife allows the pastry to stay intact.

Meat in one serving was tough and grizzly. Other serving was good.

Very good pastry and delicious cut of beef. I found that brushing on a little oil or butter before baking made the crust turn golden brown.
