“The Beef Wellington is so delicious. We’re on our 4th order and will continue to order this wonderful dish. The filet mignon is tender, the mushroom duxelle is good, and the light flaky pastry makes it irresistible! The individual portion size is perfect, and so convenient— just slide out as many as you want, thaw in the fridge overnight(we bake from frozen, just add 15-20 minutes baking time) and it’s perfect. Do NOT try cooking it in the slow cooker!! Our oven was on the blink, so we tried this, and it was a disaster!”
