So happy with how beautiful the crust is on the beef wellington! This was perfect for a Christmas party and everyone thought it was chef prepared!

The beef Wellington was very tasty. There were large pieces of beef that were very easy to cut. I would definitely purchase again.

Preparation directions say 145 internal for Medium but this does not take into account that meat will rise at least 5 degrees if not 10 during the rest. These should be removed at no more than 135 for medium, 125-130 for medium rare. Quality and taste were fine despite being over done.

A little disappointed. The pastry and mushroom filling were delightful but the beef was bland. Could have used some seasoning on the beef filet. But a perfect sized portion.

It was just 4 of us for Christmas dinner- 2 adults and 2 teens. Didn’t want to make a prime rib for just the 4 of us, so I ordered these. They were FANTASTIC! Delicious and EASY for this weary mom! I’ll be back for sure!

These were delicious! We made them for Christmas Eve. The meat was tender and flavorful, along with the duxelles. As we like our meat rare, I took the Beef Wellingtons out after 22 minutes. I let them rest, and right before serving them, I put them under a very hot broiler for a minute or 2, to brown the puff pastry.
