“The Wellington's presentation was great but if you follow the cooking temperature directions you'll wind up with well-done Wellington. I didn't find that all that appetizing. Suggest you knock 5-10 minutes off the suggested time. Should get you medium-rare.”

For our wedding dinner, we served Beef Wellington and Crab Cakes and every year on our anniversary we replicate the same meal. This year was our 10th anniversary but all restaurants were closed due to Clovis-19. I wanted to surprise him and ordered Beef Wellington and Crab Cakes from McKenzie. My husband who is peculiar when it comes to food loved his Beef Wellington. We cooked it as directed and it came out perfect. Tender, the pastry was golden brown. Great meal!”
