“The beef Wellington was very good. The crust was flaky and light. The meat came out perfect. I cooked it according to the directions. I was skeptical of whether the meat would be tender, but it was tender moist delicious. I will definitely be purchasing more for the holidays.”
“No pate in the duxelles and the wrap is not really pâte feuilletee, but the pastry is crisp and good-flavored, the meat is tender and flavorful, and the duxelles is good even without the pate. It's good value for the money and we will be ordering it again.”
