“OK... if you thought to yourself 'Creme Brulee... AND Cheesecake? Together?" even for a second, then YES! It's been done and it is terrific. The pre-cut slices are a great size and the cheesecake freezes very well. Just take out a slice or two, place on your countertop (or on a plate) and it's ready to eat in about 30 minutes.
