“Magnificent cheesecake! The creme brulee is just perfect; nicely dripping down the sides as well covering the top of the slice well. I thawed it in the refrigerator for 6 hours before serving and company thought it was delicious. We had 2 more slices the next day that had been removed from the freezer at the same time and they were even more full of flavor. I loved that they were individually wrapped slices so I could package the cheesecake according to serving pieces needed.”
