“We were somewhat disappointed that the cheese mixture in the Cordon Bleu remained solid and did not melt or soften as we have experienced with other Cordon Bleu's. The taste, texture and prep were all okay, except for the Swiss cheese mixture remaining solid as stated above was not what we expected or ever experienced previously. “The instructions indicate to bake from frozen at 350 for 22-25 minutes. From frozen these take nearly 45 minutes cooking time. Once done they are very good and we enjoyed them.”
“My order was a gift to out-of-town relatives who had gathered for Thanksgiving celebrations. Since I was not there, I cannot make a personal critique of the chicken cordon bleu. But my relatives were quite pleased with this entree and with the vegetables and dessert that came with it. The meal was delivered on Thanksgiving eve and served 9 adults and 2 children. I would consider doing this again sometime.”
