“We love crab cakes and these are really good. They're expensive but crab cakes in a restaurant are expensive. We don't put mayo or butter on them. We spray olive oil on them and sprinkle liberally with Old Bay Seasoning. As good as restaurants! Try them, you'll love them!”
“These are as good as many restaurants I've been in. The directions say to put mayo on them before baking. I never heard of such a thing and wasn't about to try it. I asked the manager of a seafood restaurant we go to it he ever heard of such a thing and he said no. What we do is spray the cakes with olive oil and liberally spinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. YUM! In fact, this made me hungry so I think I'll go make some for dinner. Please believe me, these are high quality lump crab cakes!”
