“These are as good as many restaurants I've been in. The directions say to put mayo on them before baking. I never heard of such a thing and wasn't about to try it. I asked the manager of a seafood restaurant we go to it he ever heard of such a thing and he said no. What we do is spray the cakes with olive oil and liberally spinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. YUM! In fact, this made me hungry so I think I'll go make some for dinner. Please believe me, these are high quality lump crab cakes!”
