These are very good quality for a frozen product. I like that they can just be popped into oven without thawing, making a quick dinner with a nice salad. I have used both melted butter and or mayo to brush on toos ans both equally goid.

These have been sent to dear friends at Christmas time for many years. They totally enjoy them—I think I would be disowned as a friend if I skipped sending them out LoL.

The "jumbo lump" crabcakes were a huge disappointment. They were mostly made of mealy filler, with very few lumps of crab. And the lumps that were in the crabcake were very small. The filler was not particularly tasty either; I ended up throwing them away. True jumbo lump crab cakes are made entirely of true jumbo lump crabmeat and minimal filler (like a few crushed saltines or panko), bound with mayo, egg, Dijon, Worcestershire, lemon, and Old Bay seasoning -- just enough to keep the crabcake together. Very disappointed; I expected better from Mackenzie.

Very pleased with this item. They're larger than the ones typically seen in restaurants and taste wonderful. Just follow the directions and you can't go wrong!

The crab cakes are the best I have eaten since leaving the East coast. They are rich and full of flavor and the crab meat is abundant in these cakes. I will order again. Absolutely delicious.

These are very good. In the oven the first couple I tried on a metal pan with some pan spray on it got a little crust on the bottom. I topped with a little butter. The last 4 I made , I tried a bit in the microwave. They came out without the crust on the bottom and were very good. A little butter on top. Husband liked these too. There is a little bit of hot sauce in them and have that spicey bit. I would like them with that on the side but husband likes it . Also the creme Brulee we ordered is 5 stars. I thawed it out and ate cold. I would reorder that just to have it in the freezer for a dessert to thaw out.
