“THis item is a great dish to serve when you want to impress or treat your family. It is essentially a large Beef Wellington. THe mushroom paste with spices was perfect. The chateaubriand was tender and delicious. Not sure we cooked it perfectly because the bottom of the crust was not crisp but soggy. Next time we will have to try a rack to cook it for crispiness of the crust. I highly recommend this item!”
