“Easy to prepare. The meat was very good. The layer of puff pastry was really thin and Split in places so the duxelle leaked out some. There were 4 of us, and there was nothing left. It would be a stretch to serve 6.”

“This product tasted great! However, I'd recommend something be put in the catalog description & cooking directions regarding how to cut & serve. I guess I should have known, but it definitely requires an electric knife (or some other way to slice it). Silly me, I used a real sharp knife and managed to tear the crust & pate' from the meat. Result? A very expensive Christmas dinner that tasted fine, but its presentation was somewhat akin to a beef pot pie.”
