And, the directions were absolutely PERFECT for medium rare. For my oven, I allowed 10 mins for the temperature to reduce to 325 for the final cooking segment, and after the time recommended, it was within one degree. Thank you MacKenzie! I would highly recommend this product, and also suggest that you have an accurate thermometer on hand so that you can make sure it comes out as described.”
