“We have had this steak at various restaurants perhaps once or twice a year for the past many years. NEVER have we ever been served one that was as delicious as this. I know it's expensive but it's well worth the price. After a day or two the last little bites find their way into a sandwich with au jus. We will definitely be ordering it again, and again. Once you try it you will not be able to live without it.”

“My husband and I just made this for lunch and it was truly delicious. The texture is like butter and it's seasoned nicely. It is an expensive piece of meat but I see we'll get two great meals out of it. Also, if you're anything like me and have ruined several large cuts of meat in the past, this is a sure fire way to know that it's going to turn out great.
