We have had this steak at various restaurants perhaps once or twice a year for the past many years. NEVER have we ever been served one that was as delicious as this. I know it's expensive but it's well worth the price. After a day or two the last little bites find their way into a sandwich with au jus. We will definitely be ordering it again, and again. Once you try it you will not be able to live without it.

The chateaubriand was very good and the reheating instructions just right for medium rare.

This was a gift in honor of a retirement. We ordered the chateaubriand and potatoes and the recipient raved about the meal. They felt they could not have had a better meal in the finest white table cloth restaurant.

Served it with full dinner extras, use some leftovers for a wonderful stroganoff, & ate the last bits in sandwiches. I've already sent one to my son, & another for me.

My husband and I just made this for lunch and it was truly delicious. The texture is like butter and it's seasoned nicely. It is an expensive piece of meat but I see we'll get two great meals out of it. Also, if you're anything like me and have ruined several large cuts of meat in the past, this is a sure fire way to know that it's going to turn out great. For me it's worth the price and I will definitely order it again. And now I have another easy but delicious entree to serve when guests are over!
