“The Chateaubriand was our Christmas meal, and since we were bringing it to another home, we wanted it to be perfect. It didn't disappoint. We followed the instructions (although they may need to be modified for a particular oven; use a meat thermometer to be sure), and the meat was tender, juicy, and very tasty. We would gladly order it again!”
“Regarding our 2023 end of year holiday season order, the Chateaubriand was excessively "chewy" as reported by our family and guests. Meaning that we all had to chew, chew and then chew some more. Taste was also way off! Was not like this for our 2022 order.
Unfortunately, a disappointment for all. Mackenzie should check their supplier - something is wrong here with this item!”
