“The chateaubriand was excellent Very tasty and seasoned with great taste. We would have cooked it a little more than instructions said only because we like our meat to be cooked medium. If you cook as instructions indicated, the meat is a little on the rarer side.”
“The Chateaubriand was our Christmas meal, and since we were bringing it to another home, we wanted it to be perfect. It didn't disappoint. We followed the instructions (although they may need to be modified for a particular oven; use a meat thermometer to be sure), and the meat was tender, juicy, and very tasty.
