“Fourth year for this entree at Christmas Eve dinner. Three adults and two children. one 11 abd ine 14. Still have leftovers. Flavorful, tender, and juicy. Go to entree! Served with bearnaise sauce. Fabulous!”

“Just the right "doneness" with little effort. Juices were bitter, however (too much pepper?) while the meat itself was bland.”
