“Hard to find this on the menu in retaurants anymore -- topo much cream for contemporary culinary fashion I suppose. This did a pretty good job. A little bland, but the sauce was good and the scallops kept their texture. And of course, the Scallop Shells to cook in and serve are fun and make a good presentation.”
