“All of the food was excellent and easily prepared. I take exception, however, to your customer service. My order did not ship on time and when contacted, customer service basically shrugged and said that FedEx had control over your internal process so they were unable to confirm if/when the order shipped. I eventually got a tracking number, but it was wrong so I was left in the dark whether/when my order would be delivered. It seems like a company shipping perishable food items would want their customers to know exactly when a delivery was going to be made. Also, is it in the Mackenzie training manual that customer service reps are never supposed to apologize for your company's subpar shipping practices??? Food=awesome, customer service=awful”
