“This was perfect for Christmas Eve dinner for 10 people. The directions were simple, but it did take longer (about 20 minutes) than it was supposed to, which threw my timing of some sides off a bit. The meat was so juicy and tender. The stuffing was very good. The meat was so thick there was no room for the stuffing to go into the center, but I just served it on the side. The presentation was great. Definately would purchase again. Rave reviews from everyone and easy on me, the hostess!”
“Honestly, I was disappointed. The pork was tasty and good but there was very little room for stuffing and the roast was difficult to serve. None of our guests complained but I didn't think it was anywhere close to a $200 entree (including shipping). My wife only rated it a 3.”
