“I cooked mine Xmas eve a Sunday this year. I took it out of freezer and placed in refrigerator on Wednesday ? Opened plastic and removed stuffing to side on Saturday. Sunday morning I luckily put on it my granite countertop as it took another 4-5 hours to completely defrost It was fabulous and guests impressed! Glad I cooked stuffing separately and only put some for presentation at carving. Made packaged pork gravy Perfect! Guests amazed and delighted!”
“Came out awesome. Does take a while to thaw completely. Just follow instructions - I started at 475 in the oven for 20 minutes to get a good sear on the outside then 325 the rest of the way until done. Very tasty!”
“Excellent. Made a hit with Everyone. Had to cook it a little longer than two hours, and tried to measure the temp with 3 different meat thermometers, all giving different reads (not knowing the best place to measure the meat. But all in all it was delicious.”
“You should send this flat with instructions to roll and stuff. I had to untie it and re-tie be it was really lopsided from packing. Overall delicious otherwise.”
