“I found the directions very helpful for getting the roast cooked. The presentation was awesome. The overall flavor was OK, not great. When the product thaws unfortunately I believe you loose a lot of it's natural flavor. I used a nice homemade rub of both fresh and dry herbs but the beautiful white pork just lacked flavor....I would think twice about doing this again”
