“Delicious have bought more than once - need an extra dab of butter but I understand the company does not want the brioche to be soggy - so I recommend either add a dab on top before baking or serve some butter on the side for dipping if you are sitting down not serving as a walk around Hors d'oeuvre at a party. Five stars - the escargot is not gritty”
“These were a hit. I think the tiny "bread bowl" made them especially appealing. We had folks trying them who wouldn't normally eat escargot. They disappeared quickly.”
“A favorite of ours. For my adult son's birthday. we had a seafood fest of fresh lobster and crab. Along with a salad, I added the Escargot en Brioche as a side. One of the guests wasn't sure about the escargot until after she tasted it, but then she loved it as did her husband. I've ordered this many times and will again.”
“nice but not en Brioche. these are En Croute. in bakery crust not on skewer. still good as an appetizer. easy to prepare but could use a little more butter "sauce".”
