“These were ok but I wouldn't order them again. When cooked per instructions, they were cold in the middle. The next time I cooked them, I let them sit out and partially defrost and they were cooked through.
They are a difficult bite, though, as the entire escargot comes out when you bite into it and you're left with the crust. It's too large with the thick crust to eat all at once.”

It is quite a while since I ate escargots. I am from England, and lived in the British Channel Isles for ten years. There was a strong French influence- especially in the restaurants. Consequently snails were often served.So it was with great delight when I saw them in your brochure. I will certainly be ordering them from you again.”
