I love escargot served in a melted garlic butter sauce as usually found in a restaurant (when you can find them in a restaurant), so decided to try the Escargot en Brioche. Although they were good, I did not like them as much. And, I found that warming the leftovers in the microwave (30 sec - wait just a bit - 30 sec) was quite an explosive event - they come out better than just baked, the Brioche comes out quite buttery, but be sure to cover them with a towel paper or the like 'cause the little guys do explode!”
