“So the secret, if there is a secret to making these amazing potatoes anymore delicious, is to "crunch" up the skin by baking them a little longer. I think I'm going to try the broiler to. However, if you don't crunch them up, you will be so impressed with how delicious these yummy potatoes are. “We really enjoyed these potatoes. A "fancy" way to add potatoes to a special meal, but quite easy to prepare thanks to Mackenzie. We did find that they needed additional time in the oven to completely cook. Leaving them in for the recommended time resulted in some of them still being frozen in the middle.”
